These are challenging times, things are changing on a daily basis! The uncertainty is scary, we are afraid of losing. Your immediate goals might not be achievable anymore. Your normal way of working isn’t effective anymore. Don’t let self-pity or self-criticism get in your way. You can’t control the situation but you can control your response to it. Give yourself permission to take a detour for a while, redefine your understanding of the progress.
