ALWAYS ON STAGE

It takes only seconds for people to form an opinion about you. As a leader, every meeting, hallway encounter, and casual conversation becomes part of the story others tell themselves about who you are.

Leaders don’t get the luxury of being “off the record.” People notice.

That’s why being intentional matters. Before stepping into any room, pause and ask yourself: How do I want to show up ? Decide on the energy, the focus, and the message you want to convey.

The first impression you leave may be the one that defines you for a long time. Make sure it’s the story you want told.

If someone met you for the first time today, what story would they tell about you afterward ?
How intentional are you about the impression you leave in meetings and conversations ?
