Ron, a charismatic leader, gathers his team and a few guests for their annual offsite meeting. Among the attendees is Nora, a dynamic leader from a different department, she doesn’t know the other attendees. During the first breakfast at the hotel, all the seats at the big table were taken, leaving Nora to sit alone at a small table. After just 20 seconds, Ron stood up from the big table and joined her.
