Collaboration isn’t necessarily easy; it requires personal sacrifices. In times of remote work or increased pressure however, we tend to work in our individual silos. It’s easy, it’s comfort zone. Pull yourself and others back into teamwork. Think of the bold, thrilling, and important goal that you can’t reach on your own. An old African proverb says “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, work together.”
