Collaboration

Everything around us is the result of teamwork. The hairdryer we use in the morning, the chair we sit on during the day and the movie we enjoy watching at night. Collaboration isn’t necessarily easy; it requires personal sacrifices. In times of remote work or increased pressure however, we tend to work in our individual silos. It’s easy, it’s comfort zone. Pull yourself and others back into teamwork. Think of the bold, thrilling, and important goal that you can’t reach on your own. An old African proverb says “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, work together.”
