Be honest, when did you complain the last time about something that happened to you? What was the outcome? Most likely nobody really enjoyed your talk and it made you even unhappier than you were before. Can we agree on a drastic change? Stop complaining at all! Don’t waste your time and energy chasing the past. Instead, try to relentlessly look for the solution to your problem. If you can’t find it yourself, involve others in a constructive discussion. Don’t let complaining stop you from progressing!
