What is the culture of your organization? You cannot have NO culture! Most likely you have the company values displayed somehow openly in the office space. What happens with them? Are they left to the individual interpretations of your staff? Then your culture will unfold rather an by accident than by design, and you might not like what you get. Culture is what you as an organization constantly do. As a leader, live your values and attract others to follow your example. Don’t rely on the poster in the conference room to do that for you!
