You don’t care when people don’t respond to your emails and just take it as a NO. You can live with it when people come and change plans in the very last minute. You don’t mind when people don’t do what they said they would. Fine ! And because of that, you treat your colleagues also like that ? Not so fine ! Have you ever thought about how they might feel about that ? They might take it as disrespectful. Make an effort to understand their personality. Adapting your style to those of others doesn’t mean to give up your authenticity. It is rather an act of showing appreciation !
