Tis the season – and we wish each other joy these days. And what about the rest of the year? Let’s keep that holiday spirit and spread it over the year. When you plan your activities for the next day, put at least one thing on your list that really excites you, your highlight of the day, your joy even if it is little. It will ease in particular those tough days and give you the energy to go through them. You can even take it up a notch and intentionally do something that brings joy to somebody else. Make it a habit and let the magic of the season never end!
