Generational Diversity

We get together at work with a variety of age groups. And their views differ. And they don’t always understand each other. No wonder ! Just think about their childhood experiences. Baby boomers grew up with a mom who stayed home, Gen X with a trophy for coming in 8th place, Gen Z with social media. None of that is good or bad. People are influenced by their generational culture, similarly as by their geographical culture. Be curious when you notice differences. Take the chance to learn from other age groups. This is actively living diversity and inclusion !
