We all are born with the capability to listen. It helps us to learn a lot of things while we grow up. But then our lives get so busy that we begin to not really listen anymore. We either pretend it or we follow the words of others to find the next best opportunity to jump in and hijack the conversation. Without listening we will not be able to solve problems, handle conflicts, motivate or influence other people. Reactive the child in you and listen to understand. Allow this little break before you respond. You need to listen if you want to lead!
