You have this exam, this interview, this customer meeting coming up. And for whatever reason disbeliefs are creeping in. It starts with ‘I should have prepared better, goes to ‘this will not be my day’ until you come to ‘I’ll fail’. You know this is not you. You know, you have done this successfully before. Relieve yourself from this self-limiting process. What is a real and strong image you have yourself? ‘I am invincible’, ‘I am resourceful’, ‘I am unstoppable’. Make it your mantra, repeat it over and over again in your head, and leave no space for those painful disbeliefs.
