Mile 23 is tough for many marathoners. This is where they ‘hit a wall’, they are physically tired and feel they cannot continue anymore. It is happening just 3 miles away from the finish line. Mile 23 happens in other projects too. You started to plan this big event. Hard work helped you to make good progress. But when the pressure increases and the burden gets too heavy, you metaphorically fell apart. Refresh yourself and take a bird’s eye view at your situation. Chances are that your goal is much closer than it feels at that moment. Move on ! Great things never come easy !
