Modern Teams – Ancient Wisdom

40,000 years ago, two groups of hunters pursued the same herd of wild horses.

The Neanderthals relied on brute strength and individual effort, wielding heavy spears in close-range attacks. When the herd scattered, their plan fell apart.

In contrast, the Homo Sapiens worked as a well-coordinated team. Using hand signals and a preplanned strategy, they drove the horses into a canyon and swiftly brought down the animals with throwable spears.
