In situations of change or whenever we face adversity, we have two possible perspectives. We can see the obstacle right in front of us or we see the opportunity that is opening up further down the road. Having the obstacle in mind, all sorts of negative feelings will come up and while fighting the evil or running away from it our performance will be far from great. Instead, making the effort to find the opportunity and then holding on to it, will give us positive energy to move forward. The pace might be slower than before, but success is the likely result!
