Reason for Change

The performance of your new team is mediocre, at best. Too many processes and routines are followed because ‘ we’ve always done it this way’. Change is necessary ! When you present your plans, your people understand quickly what the change is about and why it is better for the business. And then ? Hesitation ! Your people will buy in when they see a compelling reason for themselves to make the change you want. “You will get more desirable assignments”, “You will work less overtime”, “You will spend less time on administrative stuff”. Show them what is in it for them !
