It’s great to get a paycheck, but all of us also want to find meaning in the work we do. Ultimately, we’re looking for our purpose in life. This search can get very heavy if we strive to solve the major problems of humanity. Instead, find your reason for living within yourself. Think about what energizes you. What is the change you want to bring to other people’s lives? Think about your strengths. How can you use them to contribute? Each job has its specific purpose: a doctor saves lives, a realtor enables better living, a cab driver connects people. Find the one that gets you up in the morning!
