How do take the performance review meeting with your boss ? You can talk yourself into a better picture: “she isn’t accurate, he doesn’t know the details, it’s much better than she thought”. Don’t fool yourself ! Be curious and question yourself. Start to see what you have been blind to so far. Be honest with yourself and you’ll get better at everything you do!
