Solicit Feedback

It is a good practice for leaders to conduct regular 1-on-1 meetings with their direct reports. The conversation serves the individual’s development, and the leader supports with coaching and training.  And there is one extra agenda item. Great leaders ask their team members for feedback. It helps the leader to get better, it tellingly shows the employee the value of feedback for personal growth. People will become first much more receptive to receive feedback and later interested to ask for it themselves. Use your Influence and promote a growth mindset in your team !
