Teams come together to make decisions. What do you do when the time has come and you still disagree or have serious doubts? Let your voice be heard and address your concerns ! You might see what others don’t, any risk or issue. Prevent your team from rushing in the wrong direction. It is everybody’s right and obligation to contribute to the best interest of all. Slow down the process if you can’t support the decision, but stand united and support the decision if you didn’t slow down the process!
