LeaderTrip's Coaching Tightrope

When you come to Mallory Square in Key West a couple of hours before sunset, you can get amused by jugglers, fire eaters, escape artists, and many other performers. One of them walks on a tightrope. He excites and enchants his audience for many, many years. At the beginning of his performance, he said recently, “I am 76 years old”. And before anyone can ask the obvious question, he continues “why should I stop doing what I love to do”. If you just keep up with the pace of your job, sweat it out, because the paycheck is nice, you haven’t found ‘your tightrope’ yet!
