Conflicts are common, people have different views and opinions about something, but they need to find an agreement to jointly move forward. Conflicts are good, they give us an opportunity to really listen and understand the other party and then find the best solution to reach a common goal. However, very often conflicts are covered by other topics, like past experiences, emotional reactions, power games.
