LeaderTrip's Coaching Vegas Rule

A lot of things are going on in teams that serve them to raise their level of performance: failures, conflicts, non-productive behaviors. The more these episodes are kept private to the team members, the less they are shared with anybody outside of the team the better it is for the collective growth. It’s the Vegas rule and everybody on the team is in charge to apply it. Exceptions can be considered when support from upper management is needed or when the organization’s trust in the team is on the line. Great teams consent to what is disclosed!
