WHEN “ENOUGH” IS ENOUGH

Many leaders hide behind the belief that “I just want it to be perfect.” But perfection isn’t the pursuit of excellence — it’s the fear of not being enough.

The truth is: great leaders don’t over-polish. They prepare thoughtfully, and then they trust the process.

Think about it: when you look at something you created 3–4 years ago, you’d probably improve a dozen things. Not because it was bad, but because you’ve grown.

The point is: perfection is a moving target. Your leadership expands not when everything is flawless, but when you trust yourself enough to move forward anyway.
