Since laptops started to replace the stationary computers, we are telling ourselves that we can work from anywhere. Let’s be honest. How much work gets done from a gate at an airport or from a dirty, cold coffee place in a foreign city. The way we feel defines the quality of our work. Today most of us work a significant amount of time from home. This office space is in your control. Have items around you that lift you up. Flowers, picture. Remove those that distract you. Put a ‘do-not-disturb’ sign up for your family or roommates when you need to focus. Make this office your happy place !
