A Team

You’re sitting with your peers and your boss in your monthly meeting. It’s again anything but enjoyable. Some of you are fighting over resources, some are not saying anything, some get lost in presenting details of their own department. If you and your peers don’t want to fail in your role, it is essential that you comprehend this to be your A Team, that you collectively strive to create substantial value for your stakeholders, that you understand yourself as a representative of this A Team in front of the team you lead and everybody else in the organization.
