We all have been there. We get feedback, we gain new insight and we realize that we need to change a certain behavior of us. But then we are not able to make it happen. Knowing is not doing! Start your personal change by writing down specifically what you will do differently. Keep a journal and review your progress every day until the ‘new you’ shows up. Be courageous and ask others to support you, remind you of your own promises, and hold you accountable to your own standards. Trying is not enough, you need to be committed to change!
