It is much harder to deal with change when we’re not in control when it is forced on us. What can we do? Always be alert, the next possible change is around you. Anticipate future scenarios and have your plan B ready, it’s your safety net. Don’t lose time when change becomes real. Think about your options to adjust. What are the elements of your new environment that you will accept? What remains unchanged and can be preserved? And most importantly: what are the new opportunities? Change takes and gives – there must be something in it for you!
