Communication Style

LeaderTrip's Coaching Communication Style

Some things get clearer in a crisis. Our individual preferences to communicate for instance. Some of your people need frequent human interaction, they thrive on it. In their home-office, they feel disconnected. Others are more self-sufficient. They actually like to be on their own, get work done without seeing anybody. People are just different! Observe your team members and make communication productive for them. The frequency of check-ins might vary, attendance of ‘virtual happy hours’ can be optional. You don’t have to treat people equally, but treat them fairly!
