Some of us have a difficult boss. Some are all over you, others are unapproachable. They can be impatient or disorganized. Nothing will change if you don’t do something about it. It takes courage though! Ask for a meeting to discuss what is not going well in your working relationship and how you can make it better. Let your boss go first, then you share your view. No accusations, just feedback, and ideas for improvement. Quite possible that your boss will appreciate your approach without telling you. Fill the void and lead when your boss won’t!
