Our spontaneous reflex is to be rather distant, critically observing this person, maybe even rejecting. You can do better! Get her fresh perspective, look for a behavior that you can learn from him. Diversity is not just a colorful team, it’s much more a nonjudgmental exchange of people with different backgrounds, driven to find a common ground.
