Leaders know the risks along their way, the danger that is out there. They are not scared, make sure that their people are protected, and keep going. When necessary they speak about the threats. Fear can be a good motivator when people feel too comfortable or miss a sense of urgency. But fear also narrows their sight and shuts down intuition. Collaboration and creativity can get lost. Therefore great leaders never stop talking about their vision and the team’s purpose. Meaning outweighs fear!
