You like your job and you’re really good at it. Your colleagues frequently ask you for help. They struggle with their workload and you feel with them when you hear what’s going on in their lives. Often enough you take over some of their tasks and work long hours. This is not sustainable! Define healthy boundaries for yourself. Tell those coming to you that you are happy to train them so they will be able to do the job they’re paid for. On an airplane, you’re told to put your oxygen mask on before helping others. It’s the same in life!
