Joint Accountability

LeaderTrip's Coaching Joint Accountability

We live in a complex world. You work in a team to solve complex problems and at times dealing with your peers can also get fairly complex. Everybody has an own role to play in the team, it is your game plan to tackle the complexity of your business. But what happens in the unavoidable cases of failure? Do you feel relieved as soon as the troublemaker has been identified? Maybe comprehensible, but after all not very productive! The team as a whole is responsible for the results that are achieved – or not. If somebody drops the ball, jump and try to catch it!
