Some people on your team might feel disregarded, forgotten, or lonely. Show everyone that they matter. Motivational feedback is more than just calling out ‘Good job’ and a pat on the back. Be specific and highlight the impact made by this team member’s good work. “Without your thorough analysis we would not have been able to retain the business”. Be the one who gives people a sense of accomplishment !
