This meeting happens for a reason. Maybe some of the participants learn from the others or the team wants to realign their project. During the discussion, you can observe some people not taking a single note before they leave to attend another meeting. Do they believe they memorize everything relevant brought up in a busy day? At the end of any halfway decent meeting actions are assigned. You can almost tell from people’s body language if they will follow up if they are committed to acting. Be one of them and deliver – why else did you attend the meeting with your people?
