We hear these words so often from so many people ‘I am stressed’, usually expressed with a tone of despair. Stress does not have to be bad at all. When it comes in short bursts it energizes you, stretches you, and pushes you to great accomplishments, the exam, the interview, the new product launch. It’s your personal perspective that makes a difference. If you see stress as something negative your performance and ultimately the outcome will suffer. However, if you consider your project as a growth opportunity, you’ll be pumped up like an athlete going for a personal record!
