Shared Wisdom

There is such an abundance of knowledge, skills and experience in a diverse team. But it is of no value, if it is hidden or inaccessible. It does take a lot to create a space where your team members can share their individual wisdom. Collect a long list of topics from your people that they would like to teach their colleagues, each in just one hour. Establish a reoccurring event, team members attend when topics they want to learn about are on the agenda. Make it voluntary! It is a great practice not only to learn, but also to support one another and to strengthen the team relationships!
