The last weeks have been tough. A lot of hard work lies behind you. How do you feel? Exhausted? Tired? Give yourself some rest. Don’t underestimate the importance of sleep. It allows your body and brain to repair, restore, and re-energize. Most of us need between 7 to 9 hours of sleep per night to function at our best. Plagued by restless nights? Avoid caffeine intake afternoon. Do not look at screens an hour before you go to bed. Create a relaxing pre-sleep routine. Read a book, listen to lullabies, look at the night sky. Let your body know it’s time to rest!
