Our strengths are also our weaknesses! If you are great at focusing on tasks, you might not show enough flexibility when it’s needed. If you are great at getting things done, you might not listen enough to others. If you are great at helping others, you might miss to take care of yourself. Work on both sides of the scale! Get better at your strengths and at the same time ensure they are not preventing you from doing the best in any given situation.
