Team Player

Teams are created that people can work together and solve a pressing problem or achieve an important task which would not be possible for them as a group of individuals. Teams need people who want to work with other people, who are willing to give help and ask others for help. Teams need people who commit to standards and hold each other accountable to those standards. Teams need people who speak up and let every voice count. Teams don’t need superstars to become a super-team!
