Many of us are chasing through the day. Our agenda is tied, calls and meetings are scheduled back-to-back. There is really no time to direct your focus from one topic to the next. Give yourself a break of 10-15 minutes between two events. If necessary, shorten your calls. Why do most meetings have to start and stop at the top of the hour? Break a few habits and re-program your workday. It will reduce stress for you and allow you to be more present in the interaction with your business partners.
