Stop worrying about what you need to get done, your output. Instead focus on your input, your step-by-step approach. Give yourself timeslots throughout the day and decide what you’re going to do for how long. Keep this schedule even if you go off track. It might sound inflexible and counterproductive, but if you put in the time without distraction the output will come.
