Let’s look at the people you work with on your team. There is Andy, he is such a creative mind. Constantly coming up with new ideas. Then we have Beth, a critical thinker. If something is not quite right, she’ll find it. There is also Claudia, she is really great at inspiring people, getting them excited for whatever is necessary to be done. Daren knows all the deadlines, he is not afraid to send reminders or ‘kick people’s rear end’. Emely is extremely disciplined and she gets stuff done. Being aware of your diverse informal roles and playing them well together makes you a great team!
