Do you take time to reflect? You live the nonstop life: jumping from one zoom call to another, listening to podcasts while working out, quickly running some errands, and then chauffeuring the kids. When do you take time to reflect? It is not sitting in an armchair, drinking a margarita, and doing nothing. It is a conscious choice to think something relevant, to learn from what happened, to ideate, to get ready for taking the right action. Take  5 minutes at the end of day, an hour at the end of a week, a day at the end of the month. Whatever works best for you. You need time for reflection!
