The last encounter with your colleague was difficult. You are not very happy about some of the comments made, the way you were treated. You already told other colleagues about it. For what reason ? Do you avoid an issue and rather talk to like-minded people. Coach Peter Hawkins defined your Mistrust Factor with person X as: The number of people you tell before you tell X, multiplied by the number of days from having the difficulty and talking with X. Keep this mistrust low by limiting the involvement of others and by addressing the issue with X rather sooner than later !
