You could have done that better. You missed the deadline to deliver what you promised and even forgot to let your customer know about the delay. You were also slow to inform about possible consequences and to suggest new timelines. You think: not a big deal, it’s just a one-off. There were other, bigger projects at the same time, there was some private stuff going on. Maybe. But don’t take it too easy. How you do anything you do everything! Look at how you act, ponder how you impact others, find the underlying patterns and replace what’s not working well!
