LeaderTrip's Coaching Unity

Teams can get off track to a point where no constructive dialog is taking place anymore and clashes between team members are almost the norm. What can you do? Take a timeout together and start to look for those things that unite you. What are you jointly proud of? Projects you completed as a team, your work environment, rituals, symbols. You’ll find that you have more in common than you made yourself believe. Draw on these bonds and slowly lean into your conflicts. See the diversity of your opinions as an asset. When you merge your various views, you’ll see the whole picture.
