The Multitasking Trap

Do you think you’re great at multitasking ? Think again.

Answering emails while sitting in a meeting, checking messages during a conversation, or juggling multiple projects at once—these behaviors are praised as efficient.

But science tells a different story. The human brain isn’t built to focus on multiple tasks at once. Instead, it rapidly switches between them, leading to more errors, mental fatigue, and lost time.

So, what’s the alternative ? Monotasking. Prioritize one task at a time, give it your full attention, and then move on to the next.

Don’t do everything at once – do the right thing well !

Have you ever caught yourself making mistakes due to multitasking ?
What’s stopping you from adopting a more focused, monotasking approach ?
